A Haunted House

This month, I created and the film adaption of Virginia Woolf's A Haunted House from 1921. It's a story about a family that moved into their Queen Anne Victorian home and soon experienced bizarre paranormal events that would change their lives forever.
My story is different in many ways from Woolf's, yet retaining the core values such as a treasure and haunting. This story was a little out of my comfort zone, as I like to write lighter, comedic stories. Stepping out of our comfort zone is a good practice. It is nearly impossible to grow if we don't.
This story meshes with my goal as a writer because it has challenged me to learn about screen adaption techniques versus coming up with new ideas off the top of my head. It is an excellent practice.
